I bring you more bread, this time with a new flour: whole wheat flour from organic farming Rincón del Segura, made by artisans from organically grown grains which after cleaning and sorting ground in stone mills. The flour thus obtained contains all the components of the grain in their natural proportions and is free of preservatives, chemical residues and genetically modified components.
